For tsicet can the candidate produce EWS , EBC and Income Certificate at certificate verification and at the time of fee payment but not stated while applying for the examination?

Yes you can submit it while paying the fee . Not required at the time of application . Please verify it at the certificate verification portal
EWS certificate is the prominent and useful certificate for general category students you can submit it by the time of allotment hence you should apply as early possible . If you got your certificate at the time of allotment you can attend the certificate verification
