Hey Praful, It is not like that for UPSC you require a particular course, a recognized Degree from a recognized college is sufficient. Whether you want to join engineering, medical, arts, commerce It doesnt matter, but that course should be degree. If you are determined that you want to go for UPSC exam after your degree choose arts or alike where you can get ample of time preparation and also somewhat similar subjects in curriculum as in UPSC syllabus.
If you go for Engineering there are many subjects and you have to give so much of time in college study and activities.
Arts and commerce will be a always good option. But make sure that from first year start basic reading like NCERT and any news paper. So use of time in these crucial years will help you get your goal.
