Hello Aspirant,
If you have your original marksheet and the marks you scored are eligible for the counselling ,then you may use that certificate and marksheet for the counselling and you may inform about the improvement exam by submitting the forms of your improvement exams.
If not you may contact the UPSEE itself for a better overview on the problem.
