For UR 50% is required in class 12th boards for giving NEET exam. Is percentage is for overall subjects or it is only for PCB?

Hi

Actually, your overall % obtained by you in  class 12th is not considered for Neet eligibility criteria , only your aggregate in PCB is taken in account for considering your eligibility.

So,

It is 50% in aggregate of PCB for general category

This is because,


Neet eligibility  criteria says that, to be eligible  one must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination  if belong to general category , or   at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st
