for west bengal state neet counselling domicile certificate is needed, i have issued it online from edistrict.gov.in will it do ??

See, as far as the domicile certificate is concerned, you will have to present it at the time of counselling.
If the certificate that you have issued is from the official website and authentic then it is ok to present it.
Just make sure that the certificate is original and authentic.
