Dear Student,
There are many ways through you can join defence after your graduation, names are given below.
- CDS
- AFCAT
- SSC-Tech
- INET
- and some university level
let's take an example to understand your problem.
Lets say now you are in your 3rd year and you have given the CDS entrance exam and cleared all the steps like SSB, Medical and Merit. Now after few months they will allow you to join the academy.
But as you are in 3rd year of your college so they will give you the time to submit the documents of your college degree until one month before the joining. And if you will not be able to submit that document then your candidature will be cancelled, and after that you need to complete the same process again.
That's why only 4th year /Last year students give the exam so they can arrange the document before joining.
