Hi Bhavika. NEET counseling 2019 has only been started for Jammu and Kashmir. The registration for counseling has been started in Tamil Nadu. The registration for all the other states will most probably start after 19th June. The admission to undergraduate medical courses through NEET to various private and government medical colleges throughout India has begun in most of the states.
States like Maharshtra and Kerela have already started counselling process.
So follow the official site of your state's medical counselling authority for online forms. If note yet released, they will be out in few days.
The merit list will be released in third or fourth week of june and counselling process will follow up.
