For you to download hall ticket or to check results and other purpose you need to have registration number. If in case you forgot there is no option in the official website to get you your registration number. But you do have an option. You will have to call them in the working hours or you will have to drop a mail for them telling that you wanted to know your register number. Approach the examination authority and request them . They would have a solution.

Before doing so by requesting them, you can do one thing to check if you have registration number.
While applying for TS EAMCET, all you do is first pay the fees online. After payment , you will put the payment reference id , hall ticket number of qualifying examination and date of birth. After doing so you will apply Online by filling all the necessary details like - name , phone number, email Id, date of Birth, qualifying examination details, Marks of tenth , Signature , and photo.
After doing so , you will have option to modify or submit the application form.
Once you have submitted applicaiton form , you would have got the dialogue box stating your registration Id and a note to remeber it for future reference. Later you have option to print application form. Which you would have done at that time. IF you have done so ,then it would have been saved in pdf format in the downloads folder. You can check if it is there and if you find it it will have your registration number.

Other possoblity is you would have not printed the application form, in that case , you can call them in office hours or leave them a mail so you can get their help. Or you can check the mail , sometimes the examination authorities have system generated mail sent to registered mail id and number informing about registration number. Check through all of this , if you do not get then call to examination authorities or leave them a mail.
