Unfortunately, you cannot check your NEET PG results without your hall ticket and you cannot even download your admit card as the exam has already happened. The only wait out is to mail the helpdesk. Try mailing tjem at nbeexamhelpdesk@gmail.com with subject line as 'Grievance Ticket'. We understand your urgency in this matter but the usual turn around time is atleast 24-72 hours. Once you mail them, they might need more information and might reach out to you.
