Don't get panic for your lost. Kindly check your emails of registration or the sms you received while registering. And go to the specfic site of registration for which you have applied and search for any options related to forgot password or forgot registration no. Go through it and sometime it is easy to get access by any phone no. you have mentioned in the registration form and also the birthdate.

Try option forgot password and for recovery use your phone no. or registered email ID or the bithdate option if available.
