I hope you are fine. As per your query , you don't need to be worry. If you forgot your application number then you can easily opt it again . I will mention the procedure to get the admission number again . Kindly go through it .

• First of all, go to the official site of JEE Main: jeemain.nta.nic.in
• Then search for the candidate login window, click on it. Fill in the details needed for the application form.
• Then, click one the 'Only Registered Candidates Sign In. Now, in that box in the right-hand bottom corner, search for the option 'Forgot Application no.' Click on that option.
• A new page will open with, 'Find Application Number.'
• You will need to fill in the details such as Candidate Name, Father Name, Mother Name, Birth Date, Security Pin.
• Fill up the above specifications. Then click the 'Get Application Number' option.
• After that the screen will present the application number.

Don't worry if you have registered yourself for JEE-Main phase 2 then you must have received your application number through SMS on your registered number or in Inbox of your E-mail ID, so you can get it from there.

Keep your application number safe for future references.
