forms are not out for symbiosis college of arts and commerce but it is still showing last date to apply is 8th July for undergraduates why?

This issue is occurring might be because of the pandemic , my suggestion for is that you should get in touch with the authority to troubleshoot all the issues.
sometimes the schedule gets changed because of uncertainties like pandemic or any other , you should keep an eye on every update at this scenario and take Information only from the official website.
