No, Shiv Nadar university and SSN college of Engineering are not same. SSN college is  Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College of Engineering. It is located in Chennai whilst Shiv Nadar University is located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh as well as Chennai. Shiv Nadar university has two campuses as mentioned earlier.
