With the score that you have got in GATE 2019 and that you are a general category aspirant, sorry to say but you do not have any chance for recruitment in any PSU.Even admission in good IITs and NITs is not possible.

The public sector units will change theiy cutoffs every year based on the competition.
Hence we cannot say whether you will be selected in the above PSUs .
For your predicted rank you have chance of getting PSU . But wait for the result and don't decide before itself.
