Hi Sushant,
If you are trying to get the form for Maharashtra CET here you go :
https://mhtcet2019.mahaonline.gov.in/#
As you haven't mentioned anything besides CET the Application fees for which was INR 800 for general category and INR 600 for reserved category fore which the forms were released on January,1st 2019.
