Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati e is a good Institute which provides various subjects beside the BTech and Mtech degree. Masters of arts in development studies is also one of the subjects. This course has total of 48 seats and the course fee is near about 22000 rupees for general s and OBC category. For SC and ST category this course fee is near about 10k.
