From where I have to take 10 years residence certificate in order to appear for TS-ICET cousiling .I am from Andhra (non-local).

Residence certificate is to proof from which state you belongs to you can get this certificate please visit near by meeseva they will do all the process and with a week you will get your certificate or visit any mro office there they can help you out how to apply for residence certificate in helpdisk you need to submit required documents ones you visit them they will explain you clearly after uploading all documents online then you get certificate in a week
