Hi Dear,
If you are referring to Information Technology by IT then Science stream would have been a better choice for you. However, Since you are a commerce student, You can go for Bachelor's of commerce in Information Technology or BCA after your 12th. Also, You should take computer Application or Information Technology as your optional subject.

Yes, but you'll not be able to get into engineering courses. You'll be able to get into BCA and other computer application programmes accepting commerce.
