This might not be available in India but it is available in other countries.  You have to search for it. If you get to know for it then look for some other stream which you find interesting.  You can learn them online by yourself. These are available online and you work in it in your free time.

Find  a college in your city. If there is any recognized college in your state and you want to join then you should. If you don't want to go outside your city and if college is there in your city then you can join there also.

In general, it should be your choice where you want to join. So get the list of colleges who provide diploma and then find one which is suitable for you.
