Both are the good
options, It depends which option is comfortable for you. To pursure
MBBS from top Government colleges in India then it is a good option. The
cost is also much less than the other countries. If we talk about the advantage
then studying MBBS from other countries help the Medical Aspirants to
learn new Ideas & ways, techniques and experience etc. Russia and
China are the two major international destinations for Indian medical
students aspiring for a foreign degree. After getting the degree from
foreign countries there is FMGE screening test conducted by Medical
Council of India to determine whether the returning student is qualified
for practice and further studies in India.

Good Luck!
Try doing a MBBS from India. The Standard of education is better and will be easier to get a license and registration post NEET-PG entrance.
For PG you may go to US through USMLE or europe through PLAB.
Thanks for the question.
To do mbbs from USA, you have to give MCAT exam.
After it, you have to give the USMLE in order to become an MD.
The course is extensive and the duration is long.
You should try to do mbbs from india, then a post graduation from somewhere foreign or a fellowship.
Good luck
