Hi Paril,
Since you are planning to start this early in Class 9, Sheer practice and determination can take you a long way in acquiring that talent and beating those aspirants who are gifted but don’t do their share of hard work.
If you want to prepare for competitive exams then prepare for NTSE and various Olympiads. this tremendously helped me to understand the competition around myself. Solving mental ability questions which were a must for NTSE exam really helped me a lot to tackle questions/ develop a solid problem-solving approach which is required to crack a competition Like IIT JEE or NEET/AIIMS.
Moreover, right now if you want to initiate your JEE preparation then understand the basics of your chapters well as you are going to study advanced version of these chapters in 11 and 12.
Physics: Start with HC Verma. Then go ahead with IIT JEE Questions directly. Also other books from Arihant and GRB are good .. However if u have time left after doing previous years, you can solve Irodov.
Chemistry: NCERT most important. Other than that, for reference, use OP Tandon. Other books from GRB and Arihant are also good! Do mole concept and stoichiometry as that is very important for JEE purpose.
Maths: Start with NCERT and then complete RD SHARMA. You will find it very useful for school as well as JEE purpose. Advanced Problems in JEE (Balaji) and then previous year questions from Arihant 39 years can be helpful in future.

concerns in the comment section below !!
Hope it helps !!
All the best !
Hey there
You seems to be very passionate about jee as you want to start from 9th. So the syllabus of JEE is of 11th and 12th but 9th class has some really core chapters whose doubts should be cleared like in physics motion is very important and foundation physics by HC Verma is more than enough at this level for you. If you have joined any coaching then do solve their sheets honestly as they are made by real life professional and will help you a lot. For maths and chemistry do focus on regular books like Rd Sharma etc. You should not take too much load from now try to explore yourself.

Good luck
Do get in a regular habit of reading and attempting to solve questions from various books like comprehensive, ABC , hc verma so that you get a competitive mind set and can score good in academics as well as competitive examinations. Take regular practise tests and evaluate yourself on that basis, it would better help you.
