Hello Abhijeet,
Company secretary is a course which is not prepare through any college but its exam are conducted by ICSI. And to become CS you will have to make yourself register online on ICSI portal. Than exam in three stages are conducted firslty CS foundation, than executive amd then professional.
Also you can pursue any graduation side by side with this course.
