When comparing both colleges...In my opinion you should go for admission in VIT UNIVERSITY'S VELLORE CAMPUS as it has high reputation in the market and provides you more placement opportunities than KIIT UNIVERSITY.There is world class study environment and faculties are also really nice.

According to the parameters like placement, quality of education etc. then go with VIT Vellore because of itis the top-most private institution in India.
