Dear Mahendra Pratap,you have mentioned nothing about which Institutes you are talking for counselling.I assume in general that you are talking about JEE MAINS as you tagged engineering.So,JEE MAINS counselling was started from 20th June and now will be seat allocation round 6 on 15th July,2019.For complete schedule and further info please visit this link.
