Please be clear with your question. Which medical college are you talking about of which state.

Dates differ from state to state, along with cut offs admission.

All india counseling is still going on but 1st round is complete so basically, all india and state counseling are still going on for next rounds.

The counseling will get over by aug month and admission will be held on aug- sep month itself and finally  the classes will basically start by September month .

The mbbs colleges usually commence their classes around end of august to the first week of september . This is subject to change as per the time it requires to fill up the seats through the entrance examination . Filling of seats through management quota can continue till the end of september. But it would not affect the initial start date of colleges. But moat probably the classes begin either by the end of august or by the first week of september...
