From which date would Nirma University start Classes for First year Btech students?

Hello student there's no official notification by the authorities about the same on their website however as per the recent guidelines by MHA for unlock 5.0, charting out the rules to open all educational Institutions including schools and colleges on or after October 15 2020.
It's upto state government and Union territories decision if the wish they will be able to take decisions.
