Hope you're doing great. According to your question, there is no specification of degree,B.Tech,Arts, Science and Commerce background students can attend SSC CGL as it is a central government exam. You have to study according to the exam's syllabus.

Hello there ,

SSC CGL stands for Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level Examination ,need any degree from any stream of subjects, neither science, nor arts , nor commerce nor humanities , including engineering and medical , law and management degrees are acceptable for SSC CGL  .

Also note that your  graduation percentage  doesn't  matter  for SSC CGL eligibility,You just have to be  graduate to be eligible.
