Hii,i am here to help you according to your query.BCA from IPU is better than a dual degree course.
Not just IPU , in any respective university , single degree course is always better and more valuable than double degree course and yields better packages. I’d recommend you to pursue BCA from IPU and try doing MCA from even better university/college via entrance in the future.
