There is no fee waiver in IITs ,NITs or IIIT s on basis of your jee rank.

Even your rank is AIR-1 , it doesn't matter . You may get fee waiver on basis of your category or on basis of your annual family income if you have the required certificates . And there is different percentage of fee waiver for different category.You can check the fee waiver details for the specific colleges on their official websites. Hope it will helpful to you.
