The cutoff varies every year for BSc Nursing course and I do not have a list or link to provide you but with some research, I came to conclude my answer for your question.

The apptoximate cutoff rank for admission in government colleges is about 520 or so. So if you fall in this criteria then you are in good zone to get a seat in government college but if you fall short of this rank then you might get admission in private colleges if your rank is upto 1760 or so. This is quite a safe line but still a verge.
