Once you fill in the application form and make the necessary application payment, during the first week of April, tentatively, the admit cards will be released. You can choose upto 3 examination centers based upon your preference. Be careful while selecting the examination centers as BHU LLB doesn't have any correction facility and centers once chosen and finalized cannot be changed after the admit card is released. Once the admit card is released, you can download it by logging in with your credentials. It is like a hall ticket and acts as an entry to the examination hall so ensure that you have all the details printed in the admit card correct. No admit card, no entry into the exam hall. This entrance examination will test you on General Awareness and Current Affairs, Common Legal Knowledge and Mental ability and English Comprehension. Because this course can be pursued by any Bachelor's degree holder, the entrance examination doesn't test you on your Legal Knowledge. So you can use it in your favor while preparing for the exam. Try practicing the Previous exam papers and model papers for better time management. You can check your results by the 3rd week of June online. It will mention your score and your qualifying status. Later, a scorecard will be released. And a merit list will be released by the University which will give you a faint idea of where you stand amongst other law aspirants. If you are shortlisted, you can attend the offline counselling process. The counseling dates will be announced later. To attend the counseling, make sure to carry certain documents without fail like your Transfer Certificate, 10th and 12th Marks sheet, call letter, and your caste certificate if you belong to SC/ST/OBC and other documents if mentioned.
