fundamentals rights and it's merits and demerits
Hello ,
Fundamental rights are some of the most basic human rights given to the people of a country which are written and described in the constitution of the country , in India we have total of 6 fundamental rights which are Right to Equality, Right to freedom, Right against exploitation, Right to freedom of Religion, Cultural and Educational Rights and Right to constitutional Remedies .
The best thing or merit about fundamental rights are that it helps the citizens the rights they deserve and protects them from oppression etc .
The demerits are far lesser than merits but sometimes these rights can be misused for example freedom of expression can be used by someone to propagate false information or propaganda which is harmful for society.
Hope this helps.
