If you're academically inclined and interested in research or teaching, you can do BS-MS Dual Degree from IISER, or four years BS degree program in IISC(Bangalore) through KVPY, you can also appear for NEST for 5 years integrated MSc program in NISER(Bhubaneshwar)/ UM DAE CABS(Mumbai), after this you can qualify for CSIR NET/SET, become assistant professor or pursue PhD.
