Petroleum Engineering is one of the finest branches of engineering which deals with the activities related to the production of Hydrocarbons whivh can either be Crude oil or natural gas.India has well developed petroleum industry including both government and private sectors.petroleum engineers have a good scope in India and outside India.Historically petroleum engineering has been the Highest paid engineering disciplines although there is a tendency for mass layoffs in private sector worldwide when there is a decline in oil prices.You can have good opportunities.
