Gate 2020 admin send me an email asking me to change my signature. i rectified the mistake but it has been 15 days I did not get my confirmation mail yet. what shall I do?

you need to do nothing. if they found any other discrepancy they will surely contact you via email. so please keep checking the email which is registered with your gate 2020 application every day. hope you have understand.
