Gate2017 score :41, Session:Afternoon, Paper:EEE. Is there any chance of getting a job in any of the PSU's or private sector?

With this score chances are less to get recruited in PSUs but you can try for BSNL as there are huge number of vacancies available this year. So I would suggest you to apply for the same.
