Gate,2019 score 44 in CSE .Is there any chance in PSUs

With this marks in GATE with CSE branch the chances of getting into a good PSUs is very less as the computer science cut-off bit on the higher side. But if you belong to reserve category you might have chance. But this can't be predicted surely as every year the cut-off varies as the no. Of candidates applying changes and also the paper is tough or easy.
