According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or good colleges with core branches like CSE, IT and likewise as per previous year's cut-offs but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state colleges you can get admission on such ranks but not for core branches.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
