Hey Nisha
As you belong to the general category there are very less chances to get a government medical seat in Mumbai or Maharashtra with your score of 558. There is no such assurance that you'll get a seat in first round only in counseling. You may have to wait for the second or mop up round so you may go for the counseling conducted by the MCC every year. The first round has started will end up soon. All the best!!
As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With general category and 558 marks, you have high chances of getting a decent government medical college for MBBS/BDS program in your state tgrough state quota.
Some of the colleges you might get-
- Lokmanya TilakMunicipal Medical College-previous cutoff:551
- Rajeev Gandhi Medical College Thane:527
- Government Medical College, Miraj:508
