Cut off depends on number on candidates appeared in the exam, number of seats available, number of candidates qualified in exam, previous year cut off etc.Cut off is different for each college.Considering previous year cut off if you score a rank in top 20,000 you have decent chances of getting seat in a government engineering college.Cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.
