for OBC the rank range is 2272-2819. So yes you can take an admission there for CSE. If you are interested in any other course then you can go for that also. You can get government college for sure as you have nice categorical rank and if you have state quota then that would be more helpful also.

You can also get CSE in Feroze Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology.
