Nothing fixed can be said until NEET 2021 results come out. Cut offs and ranks vary every year depending on the difficulty level of the paper, the performance of the students and the number of seats available.
Keeping this in mind, based on previous year data with 540 marks you may get a rank between 58599-65727. In 2019, the same marks corresponded to a rank between 27994-32317. In 2020, the cut off rank for Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences under 2AR category was 29412. So everything depends on the rank you get this year. If this time the pattern is similar to 2020 then it is difficult to get a seat in this college. But if the pattern is similar to 2019, (since the paper was a leveled up a bit in 2021) then you may get a seat in this college.
