Hello,
If you are not applying with your GATE scores. Then you have to appear for UPSEE an entrance exam conducted by Uttar Pradesh Technical University, formally known as Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.
So for qualifying UPSEE you need to have 25%(general/OBC) 20%(SC/ST) marks in this exam.
For Electronics and Communication Engineering the closing cutoff rank was 34948.
The level of question paper for ECE in UPSEE is slightly easier if compared to GATE. But you need to cover almost 90% of the syllabus in order to get a good rank. I would advise you to solve some mock question papers, this will help you tonincrease yoyr speed and efficiency.
