If you are really opting for Aerospace Engineering then make sure you complete your degree from some really good college like Indian Institute of Engineering Science And Technology, Shibpur.This field is an emerging field and has many scopes obviously its fees is much higher than petroleum engineering and also Field placements are much brighter in a good college.The one studying Aerospace Enginneering really has some good opportunies in placement outside India as well as in India.So in all aspects Aerspace Engineering is good but you have to be really pass out from a good college.If you dont get a good college then go for petroleum engineering since you will not get good placements in Aerospace engineering from a average college.
