On the basis of previous year's trends let's see what are chances of your getting a seat in AIIMS. If we look at previous years figures,  In 2016 for OBC category the last college was alloted at rank 2,130( AIIMS Patna) while same college was alloted at rank 2949 gor Gen catg.  In 2017 AIIMS Rishikesh was alloted last at 6768 rank for OBC while AIIMS Bhopal was alloted at 6596 for OBC. From these data it can be concluded that in previos years the required rank has been  a little more than what you have achieved this year. But onething to note is that this year the cutoff is very less than previous years so you have hope. due to increased seat you may get a seat even at this rank. There is increament of approx 400 new seats. So you better be prepared and keep yourself aware and updated.

According to 2018, the last rank at which the seat has been allocated was AIR 2212 and Category rank 540 for OBC at AIIMS Mangalagiri. I am sorry to say that there are nil chances for you to get a seat as only 324 seats are reserved for OBC but there can be little hope as 6 new AIIMS have been introduced this year.
