Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You can check the cut offs of each College and Category of UP at:

Hi varsha.you have scored gud marks under your category basis.but getting government college is a bit difficult but giving a try is not going to be down please do check the previous year cut off for the colleges.you prefer to choose and have a choice list.by the chance you may have the chances also you just have a college preference.all the best of luck varsha!!
Hey Varsha, You have scored 395 marks in NEEt and you also belong from SC category. Really that will be very helpful to you while taking admission in Government Funding Technical Institute (GFTI) as some special seats are being reserved for each and every special reserved category. But Your marks are somehow less for taking admission in government college as there are fewer chances for that. I would suggest you check for government colleges, semi-government colleges, and even some good private colleges too in your state as you can get a seat in reserved quota too.
I would personally suggest you use the NEET Predictor and explore various colleges according to your category and home state quota and choose the best one for you as this college will be your future lifeline.
But dont need to worry you will get private colleges. ...and there are many chances that you can get government college since you are minority quotanow if u want gov't colleges than u need to take a year drop....but Dont loose hope and dont think of dropping the year. There are some Private Universities which are very good where you can get admission on the basis of your 12th marks or entrance tests conducted by them. They provide good Infrastructure, Faculty and Placements. You should choose a college which give you opportunity to work in live projects and give you good exposure. You may browse some web sites and check their details like Lovely Professional University, KIIT University, Nirma University etc...
Hey! I am attaching below the link where you can check the probability of colleges you can get this year according to the previous year's data...
