It is very much possible.But remember 2 things- choose a good major so that if by chance you do not get a seat then you can continue with that subject and also you will have to balance both things together.So make sure that you have all the notes for your bsc so that you can study before the degree exam.But also don't be a regular student in the college,as you won't get time if you are a regular student to study for NEET.
Just make a proper schedule and follow it.I would suggest you to join a test series to check your preparation.
