Hey,
Regarding your question at first I want to inform you that in this developing market of unemployability, the placements are not only dependable on the market’s demands or company’s recruitment policies, the most important thing regarding this is the candidate’s own creative and technical skills and other necessary positive qualities irrespective of their genders. Because companies are not bothered whether the aspirant is a boy or a girl, they're definitely worried about the skills and positive qualities of their canditates (i.e. if he or she is dedicated, highly organised, well-resourced, self-sufficient and detailed-oriented, then these'll definitely carry some extra credits).
However, now directly coming to your query I would like to inform you that obviously Girls also have magnificent placement records in last few years in this esteemed institution. More than 90% girls get placement every year. And in the last year, the highest salary offered by a girl was 10.6 lakh per annum and most of the girls got placed in eminent companies with alluring packages (almost INR 6.5 lakhs) in various top roles like designer, tester, analyser, developer, technician, supporter etc.
