I'll not comment much here, it's your personal choice. But to be very honest, as per my personal choice, MBA isn't good for medicos. The reason I'll enlist is people strive really hard to get into MBBS and MD colleges. And once you've earned MD degree going for MBA may it be IIM OR any college is a complete waste of your medicine career. Once you think of getting a job through the MBA degree, you won't be allowed to treat patients. Your life will revolve around maintaining , hospital management and administration. So yes if your heart says to do so, to get into this profession, it's a decent choice. But THINK HARDER AND AGAIN AND AGAIN..
