Hii aspirant ,Coming to your  question I would like to give a time table , hope this suits you as you will be coming from your school at 1:30 so the time table is as follows
  • At 1:30 to 2:00 you must complete your lunch
  • From 2:00 to 3:00 you must sleep as it is necessary
  • 3:00 to 4:00 just see what is taught in the school
  • Take a 15 mins break then
  • From 4:15 to 5:30 study for the coaching see what is taught and what topic is going to be started their
  • Now from 6 to 9:30 your coaching will be their so just concentrate on that
  • After 9:30 to 10 do your dinner and all
  • 10:00 to 11:00 study for what is going to taught in school and revise the content of the coaching ,
  • Then just go to sleep
Hope this time table suits you ,
Good luck.
